CIV MiniGP Italy Series Modena: Podium Finishes for Korporaal
The CIV Junior series was hosted at the Modena circuit last weekend for the third round of the season. Jaylen Korporaal once again represented the Netherlands and had a successful weekend, finishing on the podium twice.

Just like in the first two rounds of the season, Jaylen Korporaal was back in action this weekend. The young Dutch rider had an excellent qualifying session on Saturday, posting the second-fastest lap time. Later in the Superpole, he set the third-fastest time, earning him a spot on the first row for the two races scheduled on Sunday.
Race 1
Korporaal had an exceptional start in Race 1, leading into the first corner. He managed to hold his ground in the lead group throughout the race. Lorenzo Fino, the Italian rider, managed to break away from the pack and crossed the finish line after 11 laps as the winner. Luca Rizzi, who was part of the remaining four-rider group, secured second place, with Korporaal finishing third just 0.2 seconds behind Rizzi.

- 3rd: Jaylen Korporaal
Race 2
Korporaal was once again fast off the line in Race 2, joining a lead group of three riders. The race saw intense battles within the lead group. Just like in Race 1, Fino took the win, while Korporaal came out of the final corner in second. However, Rizzi was able to slipstream past Korporaal just before the finish line to claim second, leaving Korporaal in third for the second time that day.

Korporaal’s consistent performance earned him two podium finishes, solidifying his position as one of the top competitors in the series.
With these results, Korporaal continues to show strong progress and remains a top contender in the FIM MiniGP Italy Series.
